Anna Jarecki from AccuCheck will discuss the types of checks should be performed and why they are important.

This presentation will include an explanation of physician visas, the process for completing a J1 Sponsorship, and proven strategies to keep the process moving forward. An overview of the state loan repayment program will also be presented.

Additionally, this session will provide you with information on NHSC site eligibility and responsibilities, recruitment programs, technical assistance for potential new sites, and state-based programs and resources.
Developing a Recruitment and Retention Plan
The recruitment and retention of healthcare providers can be a long and complicated endeavor. A well- developed recruitment and retention plan can ease the challenge and streamline the process. By utilizing group discussion, participants will explore and define the elements of a comprehensive recruitment and retention plan. The goal of this session is for participants to develop a generalized strategy that may be modified and enhanced based on the unique qualities and strengths of each individual organization.
