Kansas Career Opportunities Event in Wichita is a Hit!
Thank you to all the exhibitors and participants for making the Kansas Career Opportunities (KCO) event on October 6th in Wichita a success. Twenty six communities exhibited and over 100 medical students, allied health students, and resident physicians participated.
New this year was a peer discussion among the exhibitors about recruitment and retention. The session focused on recruitment strategies, challenges and ideas for additional services that RHES can further explore. The session ended with a drawing for a free booth rental at the 2006 Kansas Career Opportunities event in Wichita. Congratulations to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City for winning, and thank you to those who participated in such great discussion!
